This document sets out how H & E Smith Limited uses and protects information that you give the company. We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected and any data we hold will only be used in accordance with this policy.

Currently, the information you have provided is subject to the Data Protection Act 1998 (the “Act”) which will be replaced in May 2018 by the General Data Protection Regulations 2016 (GDPR). By agreeing to this document you consent to us or any company associated with us processing, both manually and by electronic means, your personal data for the purposes of providing advice, administration and management.

We do not use cookies which are devices for analysing web traffic and identifying which pages are being used.
